Everything was excellent, had a memorable stay for a gorgeous visit. There were terrace and an air conditioning in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The hotel's location was wonderful, near an unspoiled Greek Island, the waterfront and Aegean sea. I was surprised at nearby Jar, they had some goodies, drinks...

I recently stayed at Ploes for a relaxing getaway, and it exceeded all expectations. The hotel's attention to detail is remarkable, from the beautifully restored neoclassical townhouse to the exquisite art and antiques. The staff's attentiveness and kindness made me feel truly at home. The well-appointed and breezy rooms provided utmost comfort, and the breakfast was among the best I've ever had. The highlight was the private swimming platform, offering a refreshing plunge into crystal clear waters. Highly recommend!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The Boutique Hotel Ploes in Hermoupolis on the island of Syros is a posh hotel with comfortable rooms, breathtaking views, and a private swimming area. It is like no other hotel I've stayed at.
The only downside was the annoyingly perfect weather. Ugh, sunny skies and a refreshing sea breeze, who needs that?

We had an very nice stay at this hotel by the sea with a fine terrace for meals overlooking the water. The breakfast was excellent, with a full menu of egg dishes, fruit, yogurt, salads. The hotel facilities were great, with a private swimming platform for a refreshing plunge into the crystal-clear water. The staff was really good, kind, and helpful. The location was unbeatable, right on the waterfront and close to excellent restaurants.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Great Location and Tasteful Decorations. The hotel is situated in a key area and is decorated impeccably. Breakfast is also quite impressive with a variety of options to choose from.
Poor Service and Small Rooms. Staff was not friendly or efficient, making for an unenjoyable stay.

Staying at Ploes was an absolute delight. The moment we stepped into the foyer, we were captivated by the luxurious neoclassic design, antiques, crystal chandeliers, and contemporary art. It seemed like a special place. What made our stay even more nice was the warm and cute owner, Lia. She made us feel right at home and treated us to traditional Greek liquor and sweets, a lovely gesture. The entire staff was helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location of the hotel, right on the rocks by the sea, added to the luxurious feel. The small size of the hotel, with only eight rooms, ensured a personalized and friendly atmosphere. we had a wonderful experience at Ploes and can't wait to come back.

We stayed at a hotel with an incredible location right on the sea. We loved our terrace for meals overlooking the sparkling waters. the room was cosy and had a great view too. the bathroom was clean and spacious for two people. the staff was polite, mostly helpful, and breakfast was a treat.
The hotel lacked some facilities that we expected to have, and it was disappointing.

Sweeping Sea Views: The view from the large windows, balconies, and terraces is absolutely breathtaking, with the azure Aegean Sea greeting the beautiful city. It's like waking up to a postcard-worthy painting every morning.
Breakfast Timing: Earlier breakfast time, perhaps at 7 am, would provide guests with sufficient time to enjoy their meal and allow flexibility for the fixed ferry timetable.

The art in the hotel was beautiful, and the breakfast with an outstanding ocean view was super delicious. The tasteful restoration of the building and room added to the overall superb experience.

Luxurious and top, notch service. Exclusive location with stunning sea views. Delicious breakfast with varied menu options and excellent coffee. Rooms are uniquely decorated and well, maintained. the rooftop terrace is breathtaking.
Our room had a minor issue with the bathroom sink drainage, but it was quickly fixed by the staff. We stayed in a small hotel with a great location that offered exclusive amenities and luxurious service.
